Two incredible poets in one evening...Chris Green and Elise Paschen will read from and sign their latest works of poetry, Epiphany School and Bestiary, respectively. Chris Green is the author of two books of poetry: Epiphany School and The Sky Over Walgreens. His poetry has appeared in such journals as Poetry, Verse, Black Clock, North American Review, and RATTLE. He edited the anthology, A Writers’ Congress: Chicago Poets on Barack Obama’s Inauguration. He teaches poetry at DePaul University and is a Visiting Fellow at DePaul’s Humanities Center. Elise Paschen is the author of Bestiary, Infidelities, winner of the Nicholas Roerich Poetry Prize, and Houses: Coasts. Her poems have been published in numerous anthologies and magazines, including The New Republic, The Hudson Review, and TriQuarterly.
