In order to make this event a great experience for everybody, please consider the following suggestions:
If
you pre-ordered the book, please try to come in prior to day of event
to pick up your book(s) and ticket(s). If you can't do an early pick-up,
your order will be waiting for you at the "Will Call" table.
Arrive approximately one hour before NEW 11:30 a.m.start time. President Carter may well arrive early and the signing line is expected to move quickly.
Secret Service will be present and there may be a security screening at the entrance to the store.
Choose to car-pool, ride the bus (UTA #17
stops at TKE's front door) or be dropped-off by a family member or
friend to minimize traffic congestion in the area and conserve energy.
President
Carter will sign multiple copies of his books, however he will not be
able to personalize. President Carter will not sign memorabilia.
Sorry, no posed photography, but there will be a small area where you can stand and take a photo AFTER your books are signed.
Please note: The bookshop will be closed for regular shopping until approximately 3 p.m. that day.
