The Daily 100 is a set of exercises that isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups that power the essential motion for baseball or any sport. Daily 100 means 100 throws of a baseball and 100 swings with something, usually a bat, by the young player every day for as long as the child considers himself or herself a baseball player. ( "daily" may actually turn out to average every other day). The Daily 100 is supervised by the "Parent Trainer." who is always present, assisting, supportive and motivating as only the parent can be.
