King's English Bookshop Update

Hello and first of all, thank you for supporting us during this crazy scary time! If you’re looking for a great read and we hope you are, it’s best to order online right now. We are operating with very limited staff and are working hard to get everyone’s orders filled and out the door. You may not get a response right away but we'll do the best we can to answer everyone as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and good wishes and we love you; truly we are in this together.

Please check out our virtual storytime on Facebook and Instagram every day at 11 a.m.

For more than four decades, The King’s English has worked with educators to make their classroom lives easier and their budgets stretch farther. We have a large and varied inventory and our knowledgeable booksellers, a number of them former teachers, are available to help with selecting books to use in your school’s curriculum and complement thematic units.

All educators receive a 20% discount (tax exempt) off the list price for books to be used in the classroom or library. We can often offer larger discounts if you are purchasing multiple copies of a single title.

Our in-store book fairs are a fun and informative way to generate credit for your library or classroom. In-store book fairs give you benefit of shopping for any book on our shelves. We can also arrange book talks in your school for teachers and parents and provide semi-annual in-store presentations of the newest books.

Touring authors are often eager to visit nearby schools. Your students could have the opportunity to meet a one of their literary heroes in person! Please click here to learn more about how this program works.
