Saturday, April 9, 2 p.m.
Local author Bethlene Williams will read from and sign her first novel, The Togi Tree.
In the wake of the most serious drought in recent history, two brothers are sent to find the wise Togi, who inhabits the magic tree.
Bethlene grew up with five siblings in a small town in Utah. She wrote her first book when she stayed home to be a fulltime mom while living in Las Vegas. She wanted to see if she could really make up stories for her son to enjoy. The Togi Tree is her first published novel.
Bethlene now lives in Salt Lake City with her fun, supportive husband, always-inquisitive son and Zeus, the cuddliest dog ever.
Her book will be available to purchase at the event.
