In this special edition of Pinxtos & Libros, Gabriel "Gator" Gilbeau will be on our patio with his new cookbook, Yellowstone: The Official Dutton Ranch Family Cookbook. 
This small plates event is $50 per person and is available to the first 20 people to purchase tickets. Your "Small Plate Bundle" ticket includes a copy of the cookbook, a meet and greet with Gator, and a small plate prepared by the restaurant at Chef's request. The small plates event will begin at 6 p.m.
At 7 p.m. Gator will be at The King's English Bookshop to sign cookbooks purchased from TKE.

Gabriel "Gator" Guilbeau is both a chef and the current head of craft services for the series Yellowstone, 1883, and 1923. His previous work includes Jurassic World, American Horror Story, and others. In addition, he plays the beloved character of “Gator,” the Dutton family's personal chef, on Yellowstone. As a proud Cajun, Gator is celebrated for incorporating his ancestral heritage into delicious and comforting recipes that are always served to casts and crew with a side of good humor, fun stories, and laughter.
