Smart Chicks Kick It! UPDATED

Join us as we kick-off the 2012 Smart Chicks Kick It! tour, a multi-city, multi-author celebration of strong female characters in fiction featuring: Kelley Armstrong, Melissa Marr, Ally Condie, Bethany Griffin, Richelle Mead, and Margaret Stohl.

Each author will have an oppostunity to discuss their books and take questions from the audience. To be followed by book signings. It’s the third (and final!) Smart Chicks Kick It tour and sure to be a blast!

**Five books from home will be permitted through the signing line. Authors will sign a total of three books per person. Copies will be available to purchase at the venue or you can pre-order for will-call.

THE AUTHORS...

  • Kelley Armstrong is the New York Times bestselling author of the Women of the Otherworld series. She specializes in paranormal fiction. She lives in Ontario, Canada where she is both a full time mom and writer.
  • Melissa Marr is a New York Times bestselling author of the Wicked Lovely series. She also writes the Graveminder series and Carnival of Souls.
  • Ally Condie is local to Utah and a fantastic addition to our community. Her New York Times bestselling series which began with Matched, will be concluded in November with the third and final book, Crossed.
  • Bethany Griffin is a high school English teacher and a paranormal-fiction writer by night. She currently lives in Kentucky and has two books, Handcuffs and Masque of the Red Death.
  • Richelle Mead is an internationally bestselling author for both teens and adults. She writes the Vampire Academy series and its spin-off, Bloodlines.
  • Margaret Stohl is the co-author for the Beautiful Creature series. Her forthcoming series, Icons, will be released in the spring of 2013.
